Thread: Macromajig

  1. Default Macromajig

    3
    [E][E]

    3/3/1

    Ability: Tourism
COST: Deplete this card. Pick a location.
EFFECT: Attach to it two Micromajigs that you control. When the amount of micromajigs is equal or higher than the life of picked location, ignore its rules text. Micromajigs return to your control two turns after they were attached.
Flavour text: Wish I were there!

Picture: Obviously an absurdly oversized Micromajig, throwing little ones in direction of something (maybe a watchtower?)

Hmm. I generally like the concept of Micromajigs overwhelming a Location and rendering it useless. The rules text is a bit complex though with Micromajigs returning two turns afterwards.

It doesn't sound like a character either. It should probably be an item, unless it worked like Armored Elf (and then it would use tokens, not real Micromajigs).

I would probably do it like this:

Micromajig Housewarming Party (with pun on party of course) ^_^

    3[E][E]
    Gearsmith item

    Gather
You may use this ability only twice per turn.
Cost: Destroy a Micromajig token. Pick a location.
Effect: Add a token to the Location. If the amount of tokens on the locaction are equal to the Structure of the building it loses its rules text.

    It's the Patrolmajig!
Cost: Pick a location with tokens. Remove all tokens from the location. X is the number of tokens removed in this way.
Effect: Put X Micromajig tokens into play under your control.

    Something like that...

I think your idea expands mine quite well. And the "It's the Patrolmajig!" is great. I'd change it to "Remove X tokens from the location", so that you will have some more flexibility.

Also, picture? Obviously a group of micromajigs in a room, where one of them sets something afire by mistake!
