Thread: Altar's

    Made these mostly because mono trade decks aren't that playable with the exception of arcanist.

    Arcanist's Altar
    Cost: 0
    Location
    Structure 5
    Unique Altar
    Pick a number for X Pay X+X
    Destroy all Faceup Resource you control that aren't "Obsession"
    [O][O][O]Your opponent discards X cards at random


    Warlord's Altar
    Cost: 0
    Location
    Structure 5
    Unique Altar
    Pick a number for X Pay X+X
    Destroy all Faceup Resource you control that aren't "Rage"
    [R][R][R]Inflict X damage to Target characters your opponent controls


    Rogue's Altar
    Cost: 0
    Location
    Structure 5
    Unique Altar
    Pick a number for X Pay X+X
    Destroy all Faceup Resource you control that aren't "Deception"
    [D][D][D]Take control of Opponents items/characters whose numeric cost equals X


    Gearsmith's Altar
    Cost: 0
    Location
    Structure 5
    Unique Altar
    Pick a number for X Pay X+X
    Destroy all Faceup Resource you control that aren't "Elitism"
    [E][E][E]Search your deck for up to X Characters and/or Items and put them in your hand.


    Banker's Altar
    Cost: 0
    Location
    Structure 5
    Unique Altar
    Pick a number for X Pay X+X
    Destroy all Faceup Resource you control that aren't "Greed".
    [G][G][G] Your faction gains X Influence



    There Locations just because as Items I felt they were to similar to the Crests.
    And each has a threshold of 3 to prevent crests allowing a different altar to be useable...

    cool idea, but these are not equally balanced. and what happens to the cards with the elitism one? hand? top of deck? discard pile?

    Fixed it, they go to the hand..

    Though as for balance I mainly tried to make them all playable without being game breaking.. I didn't really weigh them against each other just what the trades mainly do though I'm second guessing the banker altar originally I had
