Sure they did, on the 2nd edition spoiled page, it says:
Puzzle - Rare cards
Coming soon...
Now one could argue the definition of "soon", but you can't argue that there wasn't going to be a rare puzzle!

There will indeed be cake in the end!
We will be posting a Rare puzzle as well - this will be coming when we get closer to the release date of 2nd Edition, which has been set to June 27th. How can you support The Spoils? Just keep playing and buying this great game!
