My opponent plays Micromajig Maker, and in response I play Forced Recruitment. The Micromajig Maker enters play under my control, and I get a Micromajig token. Who owns the token?

407.7 You own any card that started the game as a part of your deck, regardless of who currently controls it.

Do I own it because it was created by a card I control, or does my opponent own it because it was created by a card that started the game as part of their deck?

409.3c The owner of a Micromajig Token is the player who controlled the effect that created it.
