Zaragoza tournament report the first in Spain ever.

Hi and good day.
This saturday (october the 2nd) we played the first Spoils tournament in Zaragoza city (Spain is the country).
It was a sealed of beta and seed2 (3 beta boosters and 3 of seed2 for 10€).
We played only 3 rounds because we didn´t have time for more rounds and that rounds we only played once for a time of 30 minutes.
We were 6 people finally (3 more than magic ) and for the next onme i´m sure we will be more people. Here we don´t have any shop to buy Spoils the
only way to buy is directly to arcanne timmen.
The 6 people was: Manolete (45 cards deck using elitism as always and arcane)
Dani (45 cards deck using bankers and rogue)
Ortiz (55 yes 55 cards deck using deception and arcane he thought all cards are good)
Jose Antonio (45 cards deck using Rage and rogue)
Rafa (45 card deck using bankers and arcane)
Sergio (myself) (45 card deck using bankers and rage)

1st round: Manolete (elitism and arcane) Vs Sergio (bankers and rage):
Long match I forgot to ask how long are the rounds (and I had the clock). Manolete´s deck used a micromaji
token combo with an item to put your own characters to your hand and had 2 characters that when enters to play put tokens
ARGGGGGGG I´m angry. Around the match everytime I played a character he killed me that character and he attacks me every
turn with 1 or 2 micro tokens and after 45 minutes I played my 2 beta union leader (in beta it has 9 life instead than 8)
and the Spry Archer to kill his tokens. Every turns was attack and kill 2 tokens until I played my only one copie of
Barrier of benevolence (remember that after 45 minutes playing I had 27 resources and drawed all cards but 3) I attacked
him wth the Spry archer and union leader at the same time he stops with his only one token (I forgot the Spry archer to kill
the token before damage) and play the barrer of benevolence paying 26 and giving my 2 characters +13 +13 killing him
after 1 hour game.Thanks to the different speed between characters. And my crest of greed to gain 2 influence every time I play a card
that has a greed symbol. And what was my surprise when we saw Rafa and Jose Antonio playing their round after that hour. They had a draw.

2nd Round: Dani (bankers and rogue) and me:
Easy and fast match he ate cat until he was 3 influence left to die but it was too late. That match doesn´t have
much to tell. Fast, easy and without ache. Eat cat eat cat yes yes he said and had a happy dead.

3rd Round Ortiz (Rogue and deception):
I was afraid with this match because this guy always plays control decks and I hate them. He played a deck with
lots of covert characters (he plays the same deck normally). But it was easier that I thought. He ate cat as Dani in the 2nd round
I don´t know why people like cat but if they want...Here they have. Easy game without problems again.

So the clasification was:
1st Sergio with 9 points (and won the promo card and 100 sleeves but finally I gave them at random because I bought 2 presale packs)
2nd Manolete with 6 points (and won the promo card)
3rd Dani with 3 points (and won 100 sleeves)
4th Ortiz with 3 points (and he won the promo that I gave at random)
5th Rafa with 2 points (he won my sleeves) what did tou expect with that deck?. Only draws hahahhaha
6th Jose Antonio that drop after the 2nd round because he didn´t have time to play more .

The best of the tournament (with 6 players we have boosters to play another selaed tournament)
We had a good time
We played the new cards and like them a lot.

The worst: Nothing all was perfect thaniks to everybody and arcanne timmen for rescue this game

We want to do another sealed tournament in 2 months. And between te tournaments we will teach to all poeple that want to learn.

I played my 2 beta union leader (in beta it has 9 life instead than 8)

Keep in mind that just because the beta Union Leader has 9 life printed on the card does not mean that it has 9 life.

The official wording of cards change at times and since they can't retroactively change the wording on cards you already have in your possession, you need to make sure you're familiar with the official wording of cards.

The current official wording of all cards is available here and here.

So Union Leader, even the beta version, has 8 life.

Yes we knew that. So we decide to play with the cards as is like the cats, legacy warmachine...I was lucky and had 2 Union leader but if it had 8 life nothing would change in my matches.
But it was our decission and we were agree.
IT´s true that after the sealed tournament you can play all beta cards as is newest version. My leader cat is 8 life after the tournament .
We had a good time and that´s the important and the most important thing now is to play demostration games to whos this game to everybody and enjoy it.
It´s difficult left "the spoils" after play it .
I have to mail Michael to buy product him because we have but I don´t now if it´s enough We don´t have shop to buy "The Spoils".

Ey it´s the first time I see single cards of The Spoils in the net.

I think it´s a good step to make a big game
Now all sellers are from Germany but who knows. Maybe along this year we see more sellers
