Lack of Part 2?

I've been searching around and finding plenty of places online carrying First Edition and SeeD packs/boxes, but when it comes to Part 2, the ones that have them listed on their store also say they're out of stock.

Could someone point me in the right direction? No brick-and-mortars around here carry the game.

Part 2 (and everything else besides from 1st edition precon decks) is in stock at both ACD and Alliance, so the stores should be able to get product from there.
