At the start of each players turn, that player chooses a card type. That player’s opponent chooses a different card type. The active player reveals the top card of their deck. If the card is of a type chosen by one of the players, all characters that player controls gain 1 strength this turn. Otherwise, all characters lose 1 life this turn.

I’m not too attached to the name; I was trying to think of a fancy way of saying “this casino cheats.”

I really like the mechanics of this card. I wouldn't play it, but I think it would be very interesting for a certain subset of players. Oh, and I love the name. Perfidious is an awesome word.
