As much as print runs are nice to have, I doubt there's ever going to be a consistent one that'll work. I could list the three boxes I've opened up, but from what I've noticed the cards shift from time to time. I may get a Mud Whisperer Wannabe followed by a Swollen Ostrich three times in a row, for example, then the next time I see a SO it's preceded by B14nd P3pp3r, then a Runic Tattoo Artist the next time. Also, I've seen cards repeat in the same pack, once where Common run A would be then again at the back where run B would be. I don't think anyone's going to be able to come up with a real print run list.
Pretend something of relevance is here.

I think the goal is functional approximation.

Not even. Even if the commons were separated by run A and run B, there's an 8^5 chance of any certain order of cards ABGRW (80 commons / 2 p'rint runs / 5 trades = 8 commons per trade on each print run). so if you've deduced the person ahead of you drafted a warlord common, then the number of cards is limited only to 8 if you can determine what print run it's from. Again, this is assuming that there are indeed 2 common print runs. Knowing 8 out of 16 isn't that huge a difference to me. Then again, that may just be me.

EDIT: I'll concede that there are good indicatons of print runs (your Terra Cotta Flagellators lined up with the ones on my lists), but it's still too complicated to garner any functional use from it. There are two possible cards that precede each card and two others that follow (i.e. Fiscal Intercessor OR Prostitution Lobbyist -->TCF-->Flimflam Man or Guttersnipe), and if you trace it out for all 80 commons, that's too much hassle to be of any use.

I don't really get why one would want to know print runs to begin with, but was hoping to provide explanation.

The ability to know what the person to your right is drafting is key... but you can pick up other signals from them anyway, so the print runs aren't strictly necessary.

    Smile nyes, obviously...

If you have become THAT good at The Spoils that the tiny advantage of knowing print runs is the only way to increase your skill level even more, please PM me. I want to move to your town to worship you and learn from your mastery.
Otherwise you just shouldnt care about print runs at all.

That only ever works with the second pick of the draft. After that you don't know the difference between the person to your right and the person to their right, and so on as picks continue.

Really the only thing we should know about print runs is the ABGRW pattern, which most people knew already.

Specific cards would not be terribly useful. You should expect threats by color, not specific cards. I see someone playing Warlord and I assume that I'm playing around Perforate, Boilstorm, etc. I don't need to know EXACTLY what they have. I can count on Runic Reinforcement from Gearsmith players for the same reason.
