Undefeated Decklist 8/25

I decided since to post my winning decklist for my IQ draft Saturday, only 6 people played in this event so it was a short day, and with 6 people playing meant you'd see 3 cards from your first pack. Even though I didn't see the things table I'd like too (Skimping and runic cannon in the same pack) And the person to my right was Drafting one of the same trades I was I kept finding what I needed out of the packs. I went with a Obsession Elitism Deck.

Round 1
Went pretty Much as planned The Guy was playing Rage/Greed and tried to rush out small guys. An early Runic Cannon ended most of that and Deceptive Muddler and Puddle of goo swung away every turn leaving defences like Topple Majig and warmachine up. and leaving little guys like the Micromajig master, 2 tokens and a gnat on stand by with 2 12 mans in my hand since the opening draw. Muddler and Goo win me this game.

Round 2
Turn 1... 1337! into Muddler, turn 2 Spit spider, Goo. Turn 3 Master, Gnat. It was over pretty fast Emptying your hand on turn 3 usually works out well for ya.

Round 3
Started off a bit shaky I went second and mulligan'd into a pretty bad hand... his first turn was toolbox armor, my 1st turn was resource.. go. I got hit for 3 with the toolbox and then dropped senior tapping him to put Napiform on the toolbox... he drops prototype on the toolbox and still hits me for 3. Then I start to stabilize I drop Mega Brutemajig on turn 3 and he slows down the game, Warmachine comes in and then I drop Topplemajig who falls to a slingarang. We are at a standstill, I drop puddle of Goo. Next turn I put the Goliath on goo swing for 12 he has a security majig but does not block. I put Spiky on the Brutemajig and swing he chumps. He forgets to move his Poisionblade over to the security majig at the end of his turn and drops beggar. I Drop Tiger Kaiser and swing with the goo for 15 pumping him up with Tiger. He has to block with his only answer to the goo. Next turn I swing with the goo and pump him up. I had Air Travel, 12 man, and Muddler in hand


All in all I had some fun with this deck, walked away with my Invite and a Foil GTA so I'm pretty happy

Sorry, it's just that there was little to comment on because drafts are difficult to discuss without lots of notes- we don't know how things went. It's different if you can say "well this was my first pick, but when I saw a ____ I knew that some other trade was open, so I started going after that and switched" then we can discuss that stuff, but it's usually an obious draft deck once the draft is completed.

Glad you did well, but if you want there to be something for the guys here to talk about, we're going to need some more material.

I like these picks. There are others that are decent too, and I also understand some of the removal you took, but these picks here sound like a very solid core imo. Congrats on the wins.
