How is that possible? tactician vacation says tactics can't be played, but sudden osprey is a character?

even though sudden osprey isn't immune to tactician vacation it is still deserves to be one of the top ten cards in the game.

Osprey is great because he can force trades to kills. Scout now kills hasty sarcophyle, bipolar can kill martial artist. The effect is you trade the osprey effect for a powerful card and you now have either a chump or an extra damage to push.

Eh, while Sudden Osprey is a wonderful combat trick, I don't define a "best card" in the form of tricks like that. When I think of "best card," I want a strong card that dynamically alter the game state or force your opponent to think and play differently.

a 3/3/3 Turn 1 for zero is powerful.
Any gear which forces an opponent to make a "less worse" decision and returns when being destroyed is powerful.

I don't think Sudden Osprey qualifies as the best card in the game, using my personal definition. This is not saying that the card is not good. In fact I'd say it's an extremely good combat trick, but I feel like the "best" card should be powerful, not a trick for combat. If we were using that definition, one could say any type of tactic speed removal is the best card ever, when the strongest cards in the game manipulate the game state.

Just a thought, I may be completely off here.

Right I never said it was a terrible card but just not one of the top 10. And Dave Smith go read your Schroing card again. You don't sack your board to him. You sack one to make him unblockable. You tap them to pump him. Just because he is killable doesn't make him bad. I think RedwithRage has the closest to the list I would make-up. I just don't know about the bookkeeper and maybe no rudo (he has lost some fame since part two came out). So maybe I should do a list....in no particular order

    Pluck
    Heist Planner
    Pogo
    Erotic Assassin
    Martial Artist
    Schroingmajig

    Having trouble with the rest:

Rapine (hey your dudes are better than mine....well not anymore)
Forget (deals with just about anything and anybody)
MSC (which I saw at New York Comic Con...hehehe)
Writ (if you have played me you know I love this card)
Tactican Vaction (only counter in the game plus you cannot play SiN w/o it)
Limited Liabilty (only fog in the game)
Deadly Striker (you know you are like DAMN when you see it hit the board)
    Luteoderm Prototype (SEARCHING is good)
You either discover a star or you don't, you arrogant punk.
