I have gotten a few packs in one part 2 booster box that only have 10 cards (1 rare, 9 commons). I already have a common playset for part 2, so it kind of sucks to only get 1 card for the price of a booster... Anyone else had this happen?

Nope! Not yet. I've personally had some 14 card packs, but never 10.

That is a terrible way to lose at the booster pack lottery! My condolences.
I guess you could try to not buy the lite packs.

yeah, except I bought a box, and they just came that way.
I may not have even noticed if I wasn't setting aside all the commons.
