I also would have been more likely to spend more time thinking about this if it had already been organized by Trade. After sorting and taking a quick look, my first thought is:

2 Obsession
8 Rage
8 Elitism

Air Travel – often played to get that last attack through, or surprise defense.
Sneaking Spitspider – covert is always handy.
Unnatural Alteration – can fetch you a covert character, a large character, or just recycle something stuck in a Finger Trap or Brummagem Jewelry.
Voidal Interference – a handy trick for messing with your opponent's tricks in combat or to keep them from playing a blocker at a critical moment.
Quotidian Disappearance – filler.
Rummaging Millipede – covert AND tactic recycling. Awesome.
Kinky Asp – covert for the win.

Bloodcurdling Bulldozer – excellent character.
Skewer – crappy removal, but at least it’s removal.
Sadistic Colonel – decent.
Shriever Attack – mass removal is handy. Just try not to have your coverts out when you do it.
Raging Bask – solid character.
Target Practice – mediocre removal.
Swordchucks – good for your covert guys, or a last strike with your Bask. Hilarious when used in desperation to kill an opponent’s character.
Pinch – meh, more mediocre removal. A good surprise since it’s 0-cost, though.
Pinch – see above.
Infuriator – mostly filler, maybe a handy finisher with your coverts.
Barbaric Rifleman – mostly filler.

700160x 31f – fetches your Swordchucks, I guess.
Securitymajig – mostly filler, occasionally useful.
1337! – acceleration and deck thinning all in one.
Contriving Engineer – chump blocker and acceleration. Key for Tubes threshold.
TigerKaiser – mostly filler, but some synergy with your covert guys.
Research Assistant - acceleration.
T Force 5 Megabrutemajig – big guys are cool.
Micromajig Shipping Container – big guys who replace themselves when they die are even better.
A Series of Tubes – unlikely to see play at 4 threshold, but worth a try.

Mulligan agressively for covert characters and missing resources. I was tempted to run Banker instead of Warlord because it has better characters and Executive Poaching is very handy. In the end, Warlord has more removal even if it’s not actually better removal, and maybe that will be enough.

I'm leading with Obsession to be sure of being able to play the covert characters. Starting Elitism isn't an option if you want to make use of Contriving or Tubes, and lots of the Warlord stuff you play in reaction to your opponent's stuff, so it's not like you definitely need it for the first few turns.

And for the MWS file I no idea how to work it so you have to live with how I have it. If you want to take the time and do that go ahead.

Banker strongest cardpool have to include ( obvious )
combo with either warlord and gear for aggressive deck due to synergy provided with container infuriator

Choice to pick gear over rogue came due to resource acceleration and container, more important to me considereing my play stayle. However giving up swashbuckler dock sentinel hurt me

Choice to pick warlord over rogue came due to shriever swordchucks raging bask infuriator way more important than dock sentinel swashbuckler

Arcanist ..... would have to go syngery it with rogue and not enough creature removal among purple, rogue, and banker to beat the banker gear and warlord deck I just listed. So go agro over control with 17 resources and 28 other for my 45 card deck

Banker Arcanist Gearsmith

Play almost all the Arcanist (cept for compulsive and spastic) and Banker cutting Randolph van Malkovich Malkovich, Paralegal, defense attorney and then cut top 3 on gearsmith list and the horse. Might need a few more cuts I'm not counting.


Start AA. And run like 8G and 7E (u have contriving and stratagem so it shouldnt be hard to make thresh)

i like killercoz's except that the deck should start 2 greed. drop the cash out. that way u have turn 0 keen strategem and first turn erotic etc. i wouldnt bother startin two obsession. other than that the deck looks pretty good.
