Thread: Open Beta Competitive

  1. Default Open Beta Competitive

So here I am with tons of beta cards.. but I can't do much with them now since they were all changed. I'm thinking, how are these going to be worth anything in the future? Can we still play the cards that were changed? I'm confused

Most of the open beta cards have not been changed. There is a list of the changed cards somewhere on the forums. Use the search feature above to find the list (or maybe some kind soul will post the link).

Also, the open beta cards are entirely legal for all tournament play, currently. You just need to know what has changed on the few that have had changes so you can play them appropriately.

Do not worry, all Open Beta cards are still legal, even the ones that have been changed. You just have to realize that the cards are worded like they are in the latest set (1st edition). For instance, Ominous Oozling costs 7 now, even if you have the Beta version.

Ah, that's what I was leaning to. Okay, Thanks for the help. Now if they would only support this game here in Miami !! Man, I've been dying to play someone!

There is an unofficial on line community that plays regularly. Look for a post by Froto, everything is supposed to be in his sig to get you going. Also I read somewhere that there may be an official supported online playing community in the future. And of course you can just bug all of your friends to play as well. Good luck and welcome to The Spoils.
May we all live as long as we want...and never want as long as we live!
