I'm guessing what you really mean is where can you play online?
I don't play online myself, but I believe thetournamentfaction.com has all the info you'll need.Home at last!!!! Strangely enough though, I have even less time to myself than I did in Kuwait!

The Beta wasn't online. Open Beta was a period when they were giving out cards for free and holding free tournaments. It ended in after October I believe.
Try to find a post by Froto, his signature has links to what you'll need for online play.In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move.
