Thread: [Feature]Card links

    Default [Feature]Card links

Could you add the ability to like directly to cards and have the display like this, in a small window?

So that you can link directly to cards?

Also, it looks to me like. Resources and factions are "Staple" set. All resources and factions will go into that set.

First, after thinking about it for a long time, I've decided to "split the difference" between what you suggest and my feelings on interface design, and added a little link that appears on the card information tables stating "Show only this card." Clicking that will bring you to a search containing only that card; the resulting URL can then be easily copied and used for whatever purpose you have in mind. Note that you click on either the name or on one of the set logos to get the card's image.

And second, "Staple" is the rarity class of resources and factions. There are still Staple Resource cards from Beta and from First Edition; the Beta ones have "BETA" written in the art.

I still think their, their own set, they're not included in the 200/220 sets. They have 'no' rarity and are 'basic' components of the game. The only difference is beta/finished art. But their suppose to be the same. You can make beta staples, Deception(B) for purposes of differentiate within the set for art or The Tournament Faction(P) for promo. And when they start making more factions(and resources?) they continue to be 'basic' components of the game, that can all be heaped together in one set(atleast of the database you could pick 'Staple' set and find all.)

However, The Tournament Faction and the staple resources all come in First Edition starters (or came with Open Beta packs), and more importantly they have that set logo, shown with the most confusing card in the game right now for clarity:

Both have the logo; the only difference is their rarity class, as The Tournament Faction is of Staple rarity, and The Billionaire is of Rare rarity. Additionally, The Billionaire has a collector number, while it would be rather silly for a staple card to have a collector number; the idea is that you're supposed to have a lot of them, not that you should have to collect them.

On that note, The Tournament Faction and the staple resources are now in the database.
