Anyone have any luck getting one of these games off? What stratagies work best for you? What about an Epic tournament or deck?
I'd love to hear about some of your creativity!

Yeah. We've played a few games at the store. There's a few very abusable tricks the heroes can use.
With banker, have a hero friend pick a character you control to give the Villian, with "Give in to Temptation". In response you yurt your picked character. Your guy is safe and the friend now gets a free character from the Hero pile.(Could also be done with Inadequate Wand.)
Another trick anyone can use. In combat, after you assign damage, you pay 2 to give control of the character to another Hero, with "Teamwork". The character changed control, so is removed from combat and no damage is dealt to it. Useful for continually blocking large guys the Villian might have.
Following the same lines of passing characters. If you start doing that with the hero's turn immediately after the villian, then you can have every hero attack the villian with the same characters on their turn . Very useful to pass around big guys or unblockables.![]()
Anyone else have any success stories to share? ^_^
That sounds extra abusive. Can the villain keep pace when the heroes do stuff like that?
We've played two games so far and the villian has won both.
We haven't fully abused the teamwork passing of a strong char. We have abused the Yurt, but then the Villian doesn't have to generate cards into the Temptation pile. The ability that does that is optional. There's also the mistrust factor built into the game, if you don't kill the Villian before turn 7 and you turn out to be aligned with the Villian you'll probably lose if you do to much damage.
