Default mercenary's creed and lucky charm question

quick question, since there isn't the "pick" in the mercenary's creed text does the act of picking not occur? i'm curious if this card can be effected by the "lucky charm" card which causes my opponent to pay 1 to pick one of my characters, raising the cost of "mercenary's creed" to 4. also, does "lucky charm" stack?

    thanks!

    No^^
Creed is only attached to the character and you use the ability from Creed itself. So Creed only take the character with it.
    This is my opinion

Attach to type is a key word for pick a card of the appropriate type.

    507.2 Attach to [Type]
507.2a When you play the card, you must pick a target card of the appropriate type as the first extra cost. When the attaching card resolves, it enters play attached to the target card.

So yes you would have to pay 1 extra if they have a lucky charm in play.

Yes to the second question as well, lucky charms "stack". If they have two in play, then two triggers happen, each trigger forcing you to pay 1 to pick.

Ohh, I understood, that he have to pay 4 if Creed IS ALREADY attached^^
So when it comes into play yes, it cost more.
But I think, if you use the ability from Creed, then not. Or?
