For some reason when ever he appears I wanna steal things.

i reworked a few things i changed him so when he enters plays he buffs himself. i changed the cost down a bit but wanted him to have a high thres cost.

i would remove the token part of hire because AT seems to want to keep tokens as micromajigs. the hire ability i put is a good alternative.
as for the thresh it is higher than even billionaire. drop it by 1? i would keep his cost at 4 and lose the buff on himself.
i do like the card though. very good idea.
