You can use it twice but because you need to shuffle between each search it doesn't really matter.

Department of Rejections would be awesome of course but I would need it in my starting hand to make it work.

Another card that should be bann worthy is All Nighter. It makes decks like this possible.

Wow, just wow. What an amazing improvment of OCTGN. Being able to host through the game instead of sending IP numbers to each other makes playing so much easier. Also nice work on the set files :D
