In Spoils we do not have cards "Become" things. They must gain and lose attributes. "Becoming" something creates a layer system.

The easiest sets to get will be 2nd Edition, Seed1, Seed2, and Seed3. Most sites should have those. 1st edition and 1st part 2 will be harder to get.

Any time a card like Resistance Fighter or a Crest of XXXX says "Provides [trade icon]", it just means that it adds to your threshold. Icons are never "paid". Only resources can be used to pay costs...
