I think it's cool it still has the actual benefit of being able to draw an extra card with each gear played in addition to the other more specific actions but I'm not sure if that balances the cost...

I had this idea for an influence counter where if you took off a whole bunch of points at once it would build up a little combo counter.... I just... thought it'd be cute.

GREED up! Not sure which one next, I'm savin' my favorite for last, so expect either Elitism or Deception next. Elitism has been the hardest to convey so far, still going back n' forth on ideas.
Seems a lot more banker, I think the Confuddle ability is interesting, but even that sounds more bankery then anything else...

That's way to powerful for cost 0, the idea isn't bad though. I'd say the cost would have to be 6 or more. You could make it cost 4 or 5 if the depletion would be even for both players.
