So I am looking at the numbers and reckon that they will correspond with a card in the original seed set so if we look at 136 we get Cashiers window so the cost will be 1

133 takes us to Affectionate dollkeeper so it will be a 2,2,4 character
146 gives us Guttersnip so it will either have flip up or more likely can be played whenever you can ...
