315.2 When a card is stacked, it is considered leaving play and is not in play when stacked.

Do you mean "If a card you control leaves play..."? Or which "your card" are you talking about here?

Also, character manipulation out of the graveyard goes to the Banker trade, so maybe make this pull out an item instead? Although then the flavor isn't as cohesive...
