Deck Lists + Tournament formats

Hello,
I am new to the game and want to compile a couple of solid decks in order to get into the game but have trouble finding deck lists. Was trying to post some url's but I could not which was pretty annoying...like all of those decks only contained cards from the first two series, which was decks for a special format i guess. What are the tournament formats anyways; what does "constructed" and "limited" mean ?

I would be grateful if anyone could help me out. I am excited about getting started :)

Limited is a format that uses decks built from Draft and Sealed events.

Draft - 8 people sit around a table with 3 packs each and everyone opens a pack, picks a card and passes the remaining cards to the left. Once all the cards from those packs are gone you do it again but pass to the right. Then the last packs are opened and same thing, back to the left.

You then build a 45 card deck out of the cards you've chosen

Sealed - One tournament pack and 2 boosters. You build a 45 card deck out of these cards.

Constructed is a format where you build your 75 card deck before the event.

You can have constructed events where ALL 4 sets are legal and then some where it is only the "block"

This could be just 1st edition part 1-2 or Seed 1-2
