No rares in the preconstructed decks?

I was recently wondering when i flipped through some of my spoils decks...
They have uncommons, yes, but no rares?
Did i miss something?
If yes, whey don't they have rares in them?

Which pre-constructed decks are you referring to?

I'm pretty sure every pre-con has one rare in it, with the exception of the 2-player starter decks where the rares are in the bonus card envelope that also has the foil faction cards.
