All in all looks to be a solid card, though I'm not sure if the effect is appropriate for Banker; as the only other card to remove rules text is Subversion Matrix from elitism and they are supposed to be the trade to get anti-utility cards. However I could see this being a legitimate splash for Banker to make, as the card makes sense flavorfully and it doesn't seem to far removed from their bag of tricks either.

And I feel obligated to add that I really like the flavor of this card, even if it is a touch low brow. ;)

I have to point out that MANGO SANGRIA is talking about liking the FLAVOR of this card.

Finally, I like the concept of this card but I would suggest we make it a bigger character with higher cost. This card is better used late game, thus I'd like to see this as a possible finisher character.

Make this something like a 6 or 7 cost 4/5/3 with Covert and now we're talking.
