And Che. And other well known revolutionary leaders.
I know its un-themey. But theres such a thing as un-explicable viruses.
Make the deck good at rolling over (or just straight up stealing) wee lil characters and disrupting items (making items provide a disadvantage when played or attached or depleted or destroyed by your opponent, i don't really mean straight up item destruction).
Make the unique micros promote deck cycling and thinning (drawing minions and not tactics/resources/items from the draw deck).
(Nb- Im a New Zealander. If my suggestion is innapropriate due to political affiliations/geography I apologise. I feign lack of care. I mean ignorance.)
