This card would become free in effect if run with selective/summit, then you'd just return a monty for 1 token, or an erotic for 0 tokens. We don't need monty getting any better lol

Oh yeah, and generally Banker cards get weaker when they have tokens on them, not stronger.

I think it needs a bit of re-wording, how about..
