Hybrid Resources, would work for threshold only but still be a resource.

Example:
Obsessed Greedy Elites:
Banker Resource
[G][O/E]

For just the one card the Threshold added is only one greed (because a half threshold is useless by itself, unless you have a second 1/2 threshold , so if you had two of these in play you'd have 2G,O & E in your threshold.

This is neat because there are 10 possible combinations of Resource cards, which allows for complicated but stable mana bases of 3 or more factions plus opens design space for 1/2 threshold cards.

Just an idea, but likely not one for now, one for the future.

I wouldnt mind seeing double treshhold cards in the future needing different kinds of resoruces. But seems a bit odd to have 1/2 of a resoruce. Maybe have resources that you gave you one of two different instead? Having the damage effect that double resources have now. :)

This is kinda how I imagined double resources myself.

See, and I imagined more of a cycle of resources like this:

Insert Awesome Resource Name Here
Dual Threshold Resource of different trades.
Only provides threshold when attached to your faction.
Lose 1 influence when this becomes attached to your faction.
Comes into play attached to your faction.

Wow, I like that. I would want the two threshold of the ONE faction to be better than the multi-faction ones. Just like in other games, you sacrifice speed for having a more reliable verity of resources.

You could also have the draw be that you have to return a resource card you have in play to its owners hand.

It would open up a huge can of worms balance wise, and further nerf mono decks. Handle with caution >.<
