This is an awesome idea! I've always liked cards in games that change how the game is played. It's funny to think of all the combat scenarios that would be completely different if this card were in play. It would certainly allow arcanist decks' comparatively less powerful characters to get in better fights.

It takes away the complexity that speed brings to the table, but at the same time playing against it would make you appreciate what speed's function is more :D
