I don't know wy so many people are having trouble with the file, I got it fine, and from what I gather, most other people who were here when it was announced did as well, it seems that all subsequent people who joined are the ones having trouble reaching it.

Yeah you guys should always check for the latest rules updates at this early stage. We'll be tweaking them a lot as we ramp up to launch and as you guys ask us tough questions that need answers. :)

Some subtle things may change that affect cards in large ways so be prepared for a little shaking up from time to time.
