I've been hunting around on the website and read over the rules and The Spoils looks like a fantastic game. I've been playing Magic for around 5 years, so I already have a lot of card game style experience. I only have one issue: Where to buy? My hobby store used to sell the spoils almost a year ago, but I didn't know anything about the game then so I missed my chance to buy the cards. As far as I know large commercial stores don't sell the game and the three hobby/game stores that I go to don't sell the cards either. Is this product exclusively sold online? Also is there an online version of this game?

I'm not going to lie (don't tell my buddies over at the Wizards of the Coast boards), but this game looks far more original then Magic and it doesn't seem to be a money pit as Magic is. Anyway...I can't wait to play!

There really is no CCG more original than Magic, it was the extreme of original since it was really the first.

Spoils is at least for the time being, a dead game. Wonderful, yes, but currently gone. Your best bet for finding it is to find a store who has leftovers- try to get them cheap, you should be able to.

Otherwise, Ebay.
