I offered a sealed box of BETA and a couple of boosters for trade. mcr666420 gave me a reasonable offer for them. It was supposed to be a simlu-send, but I haven't heard from him since....


I recently used the search function to find his previous dealing and it turns out that he was accused of stealing trades. Now I have to wonder about this one...

Delivery Confirmation means it made it into his mailbox...if someone else took it from there, it's his problem. We'll keep an eye out at the Vegas 13K, there's a special place in the deserts here for Cheats. This is no less than 5 different reports of this guys shenannigans...do not trade with him seems to be the prudent course. But, ya never know, he just might be the best spoils player in the world and a group of jealous others are conspiring against him eh?

I know that if he ever shows up at a big tournament he's going to by flying home with a sack full of teeth as his carry on given how many people he's ripped off.

Stealing cards for a game that you've functionally shut yourself out from ever playing competitively by stealing seems pretty dumb.
I know at least one person has further information regarding the store he plays at, etc... I'll see if that information can be shared so we can all call the store owner so he realizes he has a thief on his hands.

Depending on the store, I might actually know the store owner, and I would be glad to pass it along in a way that wouldn't be detrimental to your cause.

If memory serves mcr was trying to negotiate a trade with me at one point but it fell through...kinda glad in hindsight :)

Anyways, it needs to be reiterated that if mail fraud can (and it already has) be confirmed from multiple affected parties then protecting players from fraud should trump privacy. That's just a personal feeling but the mods' opinions are obviously weightier than my own.

That is his local gaming store that he plays at. I spoke to an employee their and he was supposed to have the Manager get in touch with me and I am still yet to talk to her.

The kids name is Justin Fairbanks.

If I were you guys...and by you..meaning anyone who has been taken by him. I would call the store and talk to the manager.
