Just how long does it actually take to receive the money you win from Tenacious? I played in a tournament back in the very beginning of August when the bus was going around and still haven't gotten a check. Take this as negative feedback.

Normally, it takes three to four months. I'm guessing you'll receive the check by March next year.

I think I spoke to you a little today at the Invitational, Aurian28. The summary is that Tenacious had a hiccup with its investors which caused a huge series of setbacks. But now they're working on getting back on track.
I'm willing to put my own honor on the line and promise you that Tenacious will get you the money.

It's been tough, but you have to remember that TG is a young company when you play in the tournaments- this is why you should just win and take the cash for first place :P

Not a very good excuse. You'd hope that Tenacious would have learned from earlier CCGs' mistakes.
On a different note: I'm really glad to hear that Tenacious as a company is undergoing major internal revamping. I hope they fired the assholes most responsible for dragging them into the situation where they needed to cut corners (EX: changing policy from having prize payment on-hand at tournaments to holding off payment indefinitely, skipping San Diego Comic-Con, pushing back and dropping local events, neglecting fanbase, cutting short the Bus Tour, shortchanging the Spoilers, skimping on SeeD card stock quality)
That sort of thing ticks me off and IMHO the person(s) responsible should be lashed. Having been assured that we will be paid and that these things will cease to occur, I'm a 'happy camper'.
Stay optimistic, Aurian.

I don't know, but I'm pretty sure Wilford Brimley has something to do with it.

I think that we should leave the Quaker Oats guy alone. He hasn't hurt no one.:)

You're such an arrogant newb, Happy Camper Guy. You shouldn't be talking about TG, you should be talking about me, the best Spoils player ever, who plays better than you.

Err... yeah, I don't know what happened to Brad, but I agree, as long as we do get paid at some point in the not too distant future, I'm a happy camper.
