I've made a few minor tweaks to the policy documentation. First, I've added an additional clause in the list of a Player's responsiblities in the Tournament Rules. This clause states:
Maintaining orderly play, including announcing all actions, keeping one’s hand above the table at all times, and clearly indicating depleted and attached cards.
I've also added a clarfication to the penalty guidelines about how to handle late players in a prematurely ended round. It states:
If the Head Judge has started the next round ahead of the scheduled time (a practice we frown upon but is permissible) a player is only late relative to the originally scheduled time. They should not be penalized for being late to a prematurely started round.
