I played in a few tournaments at PAX, however when I got there I realized tha I'd lost my STE #. They were unable to look it up, so I was advised to create a new one. I know that we shouldn't really have 2 accounts in the player portal, so I'm left wondering what to do. I did earn some STE points & would like to retain them. Would it be better for me to create an account with the new # & give you the info regarding the old account so it can be deleted or should I provide someone with the info for both accounts so they can just apply the points to my existing account & I'll just print out a new card? I've sent a PM to the person who assisted me with the invalid STE # issue but I'm really not sure if that is the proper person to address this & as it's been a few days without a response I figure it couldn't hurt to ask here.
Thanks for any assistance or advice that can be given.

Unfortunately, you are not the only person in this situation. Once the Player Portal is 100% I'm sure :chomp: will be addressing the people with more than one STE#.

Okay, so should I just create a new login for the second # in the portal & re-address the situation when it's out of beta then?
I just don't want to create more work for someone than I have to.

Actually, I'd just wait until the thing works, email whomever they have in charge of it (probably SubtleThunder) and ask them to look into it.

well im roughly new to the spoils game (aug 30 fri. 2007 to be exact) and when i tried registering it says that my ste number does not exist...can someone help me here?...dunno know where to ask the question thats why i asked for help here instead ;)

PM SutbleThunder with your issue jumpinbean. He's the community manager and would probably be best to deal with your situation.
