View Full Version : Jacque's Trap decks?

I've been running into a few decks that run 4 Jacque's Trap and since I run nodes, and the goal of my deck is to get micromagic tokens in play then deplete destroy them for schpromajig these Jacque's are KILLING me.

Anyone have any suggestions of cards that may work well to counter Jacque's Trap?

Martial Artist and the MA Trainee work great against Jacques Trap. So does Subsection 5, Paragraph 12. You could also respond to the "It's a Trap" with a Hidden Sandwich. There are lots of possbile answers.

yeah I've put in a few hidden sandwiches to try and counter it. I like that Rogue Character, but I'm running a gearsmith/arcanist deck so I can't really use the Rogue.

Quotidian Assassination/Ejector could get rid of a pesky strap then.

ATK with other big things that you don't mind losing, like count his force his straps in play, he has 3 str combined, and 2 straps, but his life his 5. Atk with 5 majigs, he will more than likely block then strap/2 so his character doesn't die. Sacrifce for the win
