My store wants to have a tournament this weekend, but we don't know where to go to register players for it, and where to send the player list so we can hold more tournaments.
Any help?

Did you get a Spontaneous Tournament Kit? Everything you need is in there.
If something was missing, let James Chott know.

That's a great idea, however it sounds like this is the first kit this store would have received, so how would they know what is missing?
To that end, here is what is included in the kit:
- 2 sealed boxes of packs (24 packs per box)
- 1 sleeve with 4 foil cards in it - 1 Micromajig, 2 Tournament Faction, and 1 random. The Micromajig and 1 Faction are for the tournament organizer. The random foil is for the winner, and the other Faction is for 2nd place.
- 1 poster (I did get a kit that didn't have one of these, but I already had a few, so no biggie.)
- 8 full-color 2-sided rulebook pages
- 1 welcome letter
- 1 feedback form for any comments the players might have
- 3 bags of resource cards and tournament cation cards
- 1 player registration form for recording who played, their email and phone, and how they finished
- 1 information pack with a contents list, what to do, and a details & FAQ section
Hope this helps.

Yea, I got all that eventually. My first kit didn't have a poster or the foil cards, but they sent them out. So I just put the information for the players on that player sheet and send it in?
Also, do we have to have a judge on hand to get more kits?

Fax or send in the sheet with all the players names and :chomp: will automatically send you another kit as long as supplies last - at least that's been my experience.
I would suggest that someone at the store become qualified as a judge, though. Somewhere in the boards is a thread about becoming a judge. It's an open book test, so it shouldn't be that hard for anyone who's played the game to pass.
Best of luck,
