Characters
4x Horsemajig of the Apocalypse- Death
4x Horsemajig of the Apocalypse- War
4x Horsemajig of the Apocalypse- Pestilence
4x Horsemajig of the Apocalypse- Famine

Items
3x Free Trade Agreement
4x Insider Information
4x Jacques Trap
4x One-Legged Hopping Pogo Bear

Tactics
4x Selective Gluttony
4x Keen Stratagem
4x Postmortem Debenture

Locations
4x Gold Summit
4x Clandestine Resort

Resources
12x Elitism
12x Greed (2x Starting)

So here's an idea for a deck that came to me. Use card-draw to drag up all the Horsemajigs and put them onto the field. Keen Stratagem to make sure you can get up to the 3 thresholds ASAP, Resorts to keep the majigs alive and Gold Summit for some serious Influence gain.

Thoughts? My main concern is that the deck has almost no character or item removal. Covert characters would be especially problematic. The way I figure, just gaining a ton of Influence from the Summits and stampeding with the horsemajigs as quickly as possible might be enough. I'd have to playtest to see how workable that is, though.

Tech Ressurection Empourium...

Once you get enough resources in play this after a few Gluttonies = a LOT of majigs...

Sweet Zombie jesus! That deck is brilliant, kudos my friend.

I love Selective Gluttony, glad to see people making use of it and FTA over the last few days. I think that it's got a lot of unexplored potential in the current Constructed scene.

The Horsemajigs are just cool, i love that this deck accels them out too, very cool idea.

Blame Arzakon and his FTA 101 class/article... xD

What about runic cannon instead of those Jacques straps? with all the resources you are running, they would probably be better

Start 2 greed and don't run any in deck. Gold Summit isn't worth it for the burden of having to draw into the thresh. Then you can cut the Keen Stratagems too; then Selective Gluttony isn't worth it if you follow this. Add Elite Team Registration, Errotic Assassin, Embezzling Bookeeper, and some other good cards with the slots opened up.

Otherwise. . . if you really want to draw into the greed, I think Resurection Emporium is a cool idea. But you don't need so many greed in deck--you only have to draw or Stratagem for 1.

Thanks to everyone so far! These are some really excellent suggestions.

I might break this down into two different decklists. One teching Rez Emporium with Selective Gluttony, and the other a more straightforward draw/accelerate Bankermajig.

How can Rez emporium be used well?

It seems way too slow and expensive.

FTA sez: I have a crapload of resources with nothing to use them on...

That was my initial reaction too, but it helps if you think about Rez Emporium this way:

It takes 3 resources to draw a card, but you don't know what you're going to draw. When you're using Rez Emporium, you're basically paying +3 resources to duplicate the effect of drawing the card into your hand and then putting it into play. Plus you get the benefit of choosing which character you want to play, like a limited deck search.

Also, Horsemajigs are all relatively inexpensive (1,2,3 and 5 cost, respectively) so it's pretty feasible to use Rez Emporium, especially in conjunction with FTA which means having a lot of spare resources on hand.

Personally, my biggest complaint against Rez Emporium is the 1st Edition art by Jack Heng. It flat-out irritates me.

.... I get it... It just seems crappy to me.

It's only good mid-to-late game and/or after a gluttony or 2.

After that every character that dies or is discarded is removed from game instead of graveyard....if its not in GY you cant rez emporium it back for 3+..... unless you have a graveyard stocked when you play it Emporium soon kills itself off.

To me it just doesn't feel resilient enough on it's own to merit a 4 slot in a constructed deck. and comboing to tec rez emp seems rediculous.

*however i've never playtested with it so........ who am I to really say anything.

I'd bet dollars to donuts you don't consistantly cast pogo bear. It's simply not enough elitism to have no starting and expect to play him. I would recommend either 2 greed/all elitism or 1 of each to start.
