All right, well I fixed my deck a bit from last time, (even though I doubt anyone looked at it).

You need to condense and run more four ofs. I would think that you could remove the quipmajigs and add the hiest planners. Just my thoughts.:)

I'm not about to count, but is that over 75 cards? If so, try and bring it down.

Yea I did notice I went over 3 cards, so I took out 2x Adroit Marauder and 1x Quipmajig.
I would be running Heist Planner
if I had anymore to run...
and I would max out some cards, but the most I have of some cards are 3...
Either way I'm thinking of trying to get Exploding Sock Puppet, and Orgy-Den Smoke Out for this deck.

One of the main lessons that I've learned is that if something is worth running in a deck, 90% of the time it's worth running four of it. Almost everything in your deck is under four count. It's a tough choice, but you have to pick the cards that are really essential to your deck's strategy and then go with those.

I agree. having four of a card in a deck increases your probilty of drawing the card, and if your opponet some hows destroys a card that you need you have more. This goes for pluck I know that you can only have one of the two on the field but the more you have the higher the chance is for you to draw it to play it.

Hey guys, the reason I'm not running more 4x is for the fact I DON'T HAVE THE CARDS, geez...
Either way, I am quite flustered about how I had this deck posted for awhile, and this community didn't give me much helpful advice, but instead treated me as if I was a complete noob when it came to TCG's, I mean I've played several other TCG's thank you very much, I'm not saying my deck is perfect, I'm just saying I would like some suggestions about what would help my deck, not just repeat things I already know...

I'm in the same boat man, no sweat.
I would advise you though, if you get a second Pluck dump the Billionaire for it, the Billionaire really does not benefit you as much as a second Pluck would, IMO.

Well, listen, dude. If you can't get the cards you need/want by trade or purchase, then it's not very fair to be able to expect us to help you out with your deck if we don't know what cards you do have. We can't help you if we don't know what we have to work with.
Here's some more advice: When you're writing up your decklist, organize it by card type, i.e. characters, tactics, etc. This gives us a clearer idea of what the deck can do, and how.
In any case, aside from logistical issues, it looks like your deck could use some more beefy characters. Something to win the game with. You don't have anything stronger than 4/4/4. Maybe Manifold QuasiModal Steamwork or Dock Sentinel?

Well I don't think you need anything bigger than that most times... Often those huge creatures get removed anyway, and I'd rather swap a 4-cost guy for scrag than a 7-cost one.
I think that the guys have given the poster pretty solid advice, and he just needs to either get 4-ofs, or get used to his deck not being as good as it could be. I've played a few TCGs myself, and I know that consistancy is what it's about in constructed. Consistancy inthis case will mean four-ofs.

I was planning that, but I don't have a second Pluck as of yet...
and to redstarbaron, I don't think this deck needs beefy characters, I already have enough to kill/mill off my opponent's beefy characters and then control them with Catastrophic Betrayal and Pluck.

All I can say is that in my experience, every deck that runs Toolbox Elves should also run at least 1 of Deathmurderbludgeon.
