Reckless Challenger should deffinatly go as you have no sure fire way to get it in for damage ie Verybig Hat/Spikey Atlasphere. Its unreliable.
The other problem is all your creatures are very expensive and I would caution you that you may get bogged down because of this. I would recomend more solid creatures like stalwert soldier that still survives to shriever attack.
Another creatures choice might be to play scout or ploding brute. Yes they are 4 cost so your costs are still up but its better then a bunch of 5-6 costs.
Tactitians vacation is good and it will stop the nasty rapine once you have board control but I dont know with your high costs if you will be able to play it. Right now it would be a get out 1 or 2 phatys and then win the board with combat and holdback with tactitians which for beatdown dosnt feel right. Problem is you will have a hard time contributin to your board while holding onto this because of your creatures costs. However I still feel that it is pretty vital to save you from rapine and the like.
Kettinger is a deffinate throw away because it dosnt add to life and a lot of times that maters more. If you want damage Dragon Juice is a must. Same cost but its a tactic. However dragon juice alone is worth a fifth of your opponents starting influence.
I have a hard time with eyegouge. Sometimes its just what the doctor ordered but a lot of times it gets facedown as a resource because it can only be used when your opponent is blocking.

definatly add 4x scouts, and cut your reasorces, to 15 or less for mono warlord. somewhere in the mid to low teens is good, which ever you feel more comfortable with, just playtest and chance as needed.

For a deck like this you want to use solid, cost efficient cards exclusively.
Oversoon Lightfoot, Warrior Prodigy, Stalwart Solider, Bloodcurdling Bulldozer, Scout, Rudo Mangod, Reckless Challenger, Menacing Mauler, Flaming Barduse, Plodding Brute are all a decent start as far as a creature-base are concerned. I'd suggest pulling from this cardpool.
Think about Strength in Numbers much?
