This is a bit confusing to me, so I will present this scenario:

My opponent attacks me.

It is a small card, I choose to allow him to attack my faction, rather than blocking.

Based on my choice to allow his attack to hit my faction, rather than block it, he decides to drop a dragon juice on it to increase the attack by 5 points.

1) Is that legal?
2) If so, can I change my mind and decide to block at that point?
3) BONUS QUESTION: If I played a tactic of my own at this time to remove his attacking card from play and discard it- does he get to attack first, or is it discarded before he attacks?

Thank you,
Johnny

Follow the steps of "How to Attack" and "How to Resolve a Battle".
If during step 5 of How to Attack you choose not to defend, your opponent may then play Dragon Juice during step 1 of How to Resolve a Battle making his little attacker into a fattie that's swinging at your Influence.
1) Yes, it's legal.
2) No, you may not go back and change your mind. (How many times I've wished I could do that!)
3) If in response to his Dragon Juice you are able to destroy his character, the attack ends.
