Abilities once per turn?

Can abilities on cards be used any number of times per turn, assuming they don't require depleting the card, of course. This would come into play the most with the faction abilities of pay 3 to draw or pay 4 to play a resource. In other words, can I pay 6 and draw two cards on my turn? Thanks for the help.

You can play abilities as many times as you want as long as:
1. The ability doesn't say otherwise.
2. You have resources (or whatever else you may need) to pay the costs.

Also, remember that you can only play abilities one at a time. So while you can't pay 6 to draw two cards, you could pay 3 to draw one, and then repeat. (I'm pretty sure that's what you meant, but just to be sure.)
