Im new, i just read the rulebook and card list, made a deck. Im pretty sure its terrible, but i want opinion anyways, and deckbuilding tips in general.

Not bad for a first attempt bud. If I was a warlord player id be able to give me constructive critism but im rogue/arcanist, so Ill just give you an idea on your Obsession.

Since you only splashing obviously youve chosen 1 threshold, and it looks like youve hit most of the good 1 threshold cards..... searching out shrievers with the centipede will be a nice combo, and being able to bounce important cards with QA is pretty good.
